Lakeview Park

Lakeview Dog Play Area, has been in planning for over 11 years. It’s gone through dozens of public meetings, and has been in the press many times. The proposed park is situated between Highway 580 and the Lakeview Library, at the corner of Lakeshore and MacArthur. It would transform a little-used park into a facility that serves hundreds of nearby residents daily – including many elderly and new families.

Recently, a small but vocal group of people have stepped up to try to block this park. We debunk the misinformation they’re putting out in an effort to get people against this project. Check out The Truth About “Save Astro Park.”
